HealthSouth of Fort Smith offers one of seven State of Arkansas’ Accredited Sleep Disorder Centers from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. The center is managed by a coordinator and four fulltime registered Polysomnographic Technologists. The department also includes two support staff managing DME. Our center also employs board certified neurologist and pulmonologist to oversee patient clinic and studies.

The American Academy of Sleep Medicine accreditation continues to be the gold standard for sleep programs. Some of the requirements include:
